Sarah Yendra

Sarah holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Sarah is a licensed independent mental health practitioner (LIMHP), a licensed drug and alcohol counselor (LADC), and a nationally certified counselor (NCC). Prior to working in private practice since 2015, Sarah worked for several years in an inpatient behavioral health center with adolescents and adults struggling with various diagnosis including severe and persistent mental illnesses.
Throughout the past several years, Sarah has gained experience and training in the treatment of substance use disorders, in addition to anxiety, depression, adjustment, and a variety of other mental health concerns. Sarah provides services for individuals, couples, and families while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused approaches.
Sarah is on the Registered Provider list, which allows her to provide substance abuse and mental health counseling for adolescents and adults within the criminal justice system. She is also able to provide services for substance abuse evaluations and co-occurring evaluations.
